The fee collected on this website is a consultancy fee which also includes the fee charged by the Govt. authorities for making and application of the said document. Although the greatest possible care has been exercised to ensure the correctness and completeness of the information provided on this website, we do not accept any liability for it.

We will request Aadhaar card scanned copy/image or other Identification proofs for verifying the credentials given in the form or to submit in the registration website.

We also request OTP generated while registering your application on the government website in a secure way. We take all the necessary steps to deliver your certificate as quickly as possible, but it is also your responsibility to be available to talk with us when we call you or to respond to our emails when we request any relevant information for your expert guidance request.

Awign does not hold any responsibility in case of any fraudulent or wrong information is given by the customer in process of making the PAN Card.

Awign doesn’t hold any responsibility in case of usage of PAN Card made through us in any illegal or unwarranted activities by the customer or whomsoever.

Awign does not hold responsibility of mistake/error happened at the government authorities end if right information or data is sent by us.

Refund & Cancellation policy

1. Refund of payment received
For the PAN card services that are given to you, will only accept refunds if the service is not provided. Awign reserves the right to determine a fair value of the service on return and the same shall be binding on both parties.

The refund process will be initiated once we confirm the services not provided. In case of a refund request accepted, the amount will be refunded in the same mode you have paid within 4 to 7 business days.

No refund will be processed in case of completion of form submission and acceptance by the concerned authorities in online or offline mode

No refund will be processed after getting the acknowledgement number for PAN services or generation of e-PAN for the respective customer.

No refund will be generated in case of any wrong information/proof given by the customer and same processed for the application.

No refund will be processed in case mistake/error happened at the government authority’s end, if right information or data is sent by us.

No refund will be generated in case of rejection of the application by the concerned authorities on basis of duplicity of document or unauthorised/unsolicited information given by the customer

Refund will be processed in case of non - performing of services by Awign or rejection of application in the submission stage by concerned authorities after scrutinization by Awign.

2. Cancellation of application
You cannot cancel the application once processed from our side.

No refund will be provided once the application is proceeded or done.

No cancellation will be processed in case of wrong information given by the customer after submission of application.

No cancellation will be processed after getting the acknowledgement number for PAN services or generation of e-PAN for the respective customer.

Cancellation of application can be processed only within the first 15 mins of getting the application and information through mail on support@awign.com.

Delivery Timeline/Issuance of PAN Card

E-PAN can be issued within 7 to 10 business days and mailed to you on your registered email-id.

The PAN card usually takes 15-20 working days to get delivered to your address after the application has been submitted which excludes the time of dispatch of your PAN card as well.

We do not hold the responsibility in case of delay of getting PAN card by Govt. or Postal departments.
