Job Description and Responsibilities
The telecallers are expected to call the leads who have recently bought a subscription and explain to them the various features of the product to ensure higher adoption.
Below is the average handling time for the tasks to be done for a single lead.
~2.5 minutes of pre call activity (where the telecaller would need to check the learner details and find a suitable batch,etc)
15 minutes on-call time (where the telecallers would explain all the features)
2 minutes of wrap work (sending an email, adding relevant dispositions, etc)
Salary and Other Benefits
Salary: Up to INR 35000 per month.
