Job Description and Responsibilities
You will be attending system-generated inbound calls from the customers for their queries.
Act as a bridge between the customer and Just Dial and interact with the customers over a call.
As per the process, you have to submit real-time data on Just Dial CRM along with a remark.
On behalf of Just Dial, you will be interacting with the customer over a call.
Your primary role will be to call & resolve the query of the customer or to provide information to them.
