Identifying new sales opportunities: Sales executives are responsible for identifying new sales opportunities and generating leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Developing sales strategies: They develop sales strategies to achieve sales targets and create sales plans to track progress towards those targets.
Building and maintaining relationships: Sales executives build and maintain relationships with customers and clients by providing exceptional customer service and addressing any issues or concerns.
Conducting market research: They conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and understand the competition.
Negotiating contracts: Sales executives negotiate contracts and agreements with customers, ensuring that the terms are favorable to both the customer and the company.
