• -Conduct on-site audits at assigned distributor locations, ensuring adherence to the scheduled timeline.
• -Inspect key aspects like branding, office infrastructure, sales personnel, order processing, delivery, and service standards.
• -Capture clear photographs of all audited areas and documents as per guidelines.
• -Document observations and findings accurately in the provided checklist and update the Awign application promptly.
• -Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct throughout the audit process.
• -Proactively address and resolve any issues encountered during the audit while coordinating with the relevant teams.
