Job Description and Responsibilities

As a QC Associate, you will need to review (minimum 200 posts per day) the categories filled by the executive in the Moj tool and verify them.
You need to watch the videos on the tool and check if the given video falls under the mentioned category as per the reviewer and mark 0 as not error.
If any label is not correctly tagged, mark the error in the post as 1, Major, Minor error based on the taxonomy and audit guidelines.
You will be assigned a daily QC sheet where you need to follow the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) with no discrepancies in the submitted data.
You will be assigned a mentor to help you throughout your internship program
