Roles and responsibilities  :

1. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of both IRCTC (food-on-train) and non-IRCTC (general) orders
2. Use the hot bag provided by JFL to maintain food quality during delivery.
3. Wear the official uniform during working hours.
4, Carry and present the IRCTC delivery pass on railway premises as required.
5. Maintain a punctual work routine and start the shift on time, as per the shift schedule of 10 hours daily.
6. Avoid cancellations; penalties will be applicable as per the communication passed by the project manager
7. Follow safety and hygiene protocols as directed by the project manager/store manager
8. Deliver with politeness, professionalism, and a customer-first attitude.
9. Provide regular updates to the supervisor or team leader regarding delivery progress, issues, or incidents.
10. Ensure customer satisfaction and address complaints courteously
