 Roles and responsibilities  

• There will be pre-job training/interview that will be conducted by Awign
• In this training, you are expected to exhaustively go through the SOPs and FAQs to thoroughly understand Zomato’s delivery processes and services.
• Daily on-time reporting to the assigned locations per the assigned shift. 
• Properly check, sort, and verify the items to be dropped.
• Check the condition of the items at the warehouse itself.
• Handle all the items carefully to avoid any damage.
• Ensure Proper Food packaging 
• Ensure delivery to the right customer as per invoice.
• Return the undelivered or damaged products or any other passes, to the hub.
• In case of any challenges, ensure real-time updates to Awign & Zomato.
• Working hours will be from 06:00 AM - 03:00 PM  / 02:00 PM - 11:00PM, and you should log in daily as per shift timings. Any changes in the shift timings will be communicated beforehand.
