Account Deletion Process

Initiating Account Deletion:

Users who wish to delete their Awign account can do so by contacting our support team via email at support@awign.com. The email should include the subject line "Account Deletion Request."

Verification Process:

Upon receiving the account deletion request, Awign will initiate a verification process to ensure the security and authenticity of the request. Users may be required to provide additional information to verify their identity.

Consent Confirmation:

Users must explicitly express their consent to delete their account during the verification process. This ensures that the account deletion is carried out with the user's informed decision.

Confirmation Email:

Once the verification is successful and the user's consent is obtained, Awign will send a confirmation email to the user, acknowledging the account deletion request and specifying the date on which the account will be permanently deleted.

Account Deletion:

On the specified date, Awign will proceed to permanently delete the user's account, including all associated data. This action is irreversible, and the user will no longer have access to their account or any related information.

Important Considerations:

• Users are advised to review and backup any essential data before initiating the account deletion process, as deleted information cannot be recovered.
• Awign reserves the right to refuse or delay account deletion requests in cases where there are ongoing investigations, legal obligations, or breaches of the terms of service.
• This account deletion process is subject to change, and users are encouraged to review the latest version of the Terms and Conditions for any updates.
