Project Description

In this project, you will be trained and will be responsible for a very important role of business acquisition and marketing for a growing start-up, Homigo. They provide bachelors with fully-furnished houses on sharing basis with all the necessary appliances in place. Homigo's vision is to raise the standard of living for bachelors moving to a new city through our Homigo Houses. Currently, Homigo is operational in Bangalore and looking to expand its customer base through Awign. 

Your job is to contact the top colleges across India and/or the top companies in Bangalore to pitch them the Homigo model and convince them to get on board with Homigo.

Steps to be followed

  • Thoroughly understand the business model of Homigo and study the various types of services offered by them by exploring their website www.homigo.in.
  • You will be given a database of all the contacts of heads of Human Resource Department of various companies functioning in Bangalore and those of Training and Placement Officers of reputed colleges across India.
  • You need to call the contacts one by one, explain Homigo's model to them, resolve their queries and convince them to market Homigo in their respective Institution/Company. You would be trained on the detailed process which you need to follow while engaging with different types of leads.
  • You would also be trained on the way you need to talk to your leads and given a set of steps that you need to follow throughout your engagement with them.
  • You would be required to maintain a database while engaging with the leads. This database would contain the details of all the deliverables as required from you in this internship. The framework for the same would be provided.
  • You will be compensated with your stipend once the deliverables are validated by us. You need to ensure that all details that you enter are verified and correct.

Project Completion Guidelines

  • The stipend of Rs 2000 corresponds to successful execution of the project for a given target.
  • In case of incomplete execution of the project, the stipend would be calculated solely based on your performance
  • Good performers will be given the opportunity to take on the responsibility of more leads and would be paid a better amount for each valid lead.
